We are pleased to help you find the pet you are looking for. Please take a moment to fill out this form as completely as possible. This info will be used only to determine a good pet match for your family. We will not use this info in any other way nor will we sell your information at anytime to anyone.

Please request one or more specific breeds. We do not hold waiting lists for 'small dog' or 'family cat'. If you are unsure of what breeds you want, we encourage you to watch our Paws Pages and attend our Pet Adoption Days to find the pet you have been waiting for.

Not all animals are suitable for all situations. We reserve the right to determine what is best for each of our rescues. You will be interviewed if you express an interest in an available pet to see if this is a good match for both the animal and for you.
